Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. If a chargeback is filed against a legitimate sale, Sun Tixx reserves the right to dispute the claim, and accounts with excessive chargebacks may be terminated.
Force Majeure
Sun Tixx is not responsible for any events or service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Event Listings and Ticket Purchases
Sun Tixx provides a platform for event organizers to list events and for users to purchase tickets. We do not control the events themselves and are not responsible for any aspect of the events, including cancellations or changes in venue.
